Jake's place was beautiful. The description was accurate. I had my dog with me and the neighborhood was walkable and dog friendly!!!!!! Grocery stores, restaurants, and parks were in walkable distance. The parking space was a definite bonus.

It was really clean and i was surprised about all the furniture and how much space there was. I was very happy about my stay. Thank you Jake! Looking forward to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jake’s place. It was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. We loved the location and were able to walk to several restaurants in the area. Absolutely wonderful experience here! Moments upon checking in, I was asking to extend my stay! Space is in a great, safe location and was decorated beautifully. They have everything you need from dishes to washing machines, and everything in between. Very accommodating and communicative host. Would stay here again!!

My wife was having brain surgery so I booked a place with Chad (another host) which said 100% refundable. I had to cancel it and he charged a credit card fee of several hundred dollars and the experience was stressful and unsatisfying. I was stressed already about the surgery and finding a suitable place for my wife was proving difficult. JAKE was amazing!!! He has been overwhelming responsive and flexible. There have been NO hidden fees or charges, worked with me if I wanted or needed to bring my dog (i didn’t end up doing it) and made it easy for me to leave early bc my wife’s surgery went great and we needed to head back home for rehab. Jake made a very stressful time relaxing .The location was awesome with wonderful restaurants near by. So - if you need to be at UPMC and/or need an ADA space (i hope you don’t) or just want a super location- this is the place and Jake is your guy. What a terrific experience.

Highly recommended host with a beautiful first floor location and reserved parking spot. The trip from parking spot to air bnb is 25 feet and no stairs. Having a reserved spot in Pittsburgh is a luxury. All amenities and then some with a Whole Foods a short walk away. You would miss out if you booked anywhere else in Pittsburgh.

Jake’s place provided everything I needed—walkable to my son’s home in East Liberty, designated parking, and a safe environment. The entire space was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. I so appreciated coffee being provided. Also, the amazing bed was lovely with crisp, white linens and comfy pillows. Over all, this is a great apartment, and I’ll definitely be back.

Great place to stay. It was our first time in Pittsburgh so we weren't familiar with the area. The place is in a very private, quiet neighborhood. We did spend a lot on rides to get us to the action like downtown and the art museums. I'd recommend. It was very handicap accessible.

Amazing stay! This is a wonderful area with a perfect close off street parking spot and more street parking if needed! The instructions were very clear with pictures to get me there! Very close to anything you would need! The area was very safe feeling and not overly busy or crowded. The place is beautiful and extremely clean!

Overall we had a good experience, Jake was very helpful and communicative. The apt was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The neighbors are a bit loud though and the street traffic was too.

Jake's apartment was lovely and plenty of room for us and our two dogs. Short walk and even shorter drive to restaurants and shopping. Jake was also very communicative which made the whole experience very smooth. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. It has off-street parking, is very easy to get in and out of, and is a comfortable spot to stay. It's also right next to a Whole Foods, which is incredibly convenient!

My only regret was only booking one night. Jake’s place is heads and tails above the rest. Nicest AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at. Beautifully done apt, area was walkable near a Whole Foods and a dog park steps from our doorway. We slept so well in that bed. I would recommend to anyone and definitely hope to visit again sooner than later and book more nights.

Jake sent pictures to show me where to park and the location of the front door. Access was easy. Home was clean and warm when I entered on a cold winters night. Very comfortable. Glad to be close to Whole Foods and restaurants.

We were in town for my son’s hockey tournament and didn’t want to stay at the team hotel. Jackie’s place was wonderful, clean, convenient and just as described. We loved being able to bring our pup with us and it was great having Whole Foods within walking distance. If we are ever in town we will definitely book a stay again!!

This is my second time staying at one of Jake's places in this building. The location is great and Jake and his team are always responsive. The place had everything I needed for my week stay. A couple things to note about this place is there is very little natural light as the only real windows are in the back of the apartment. The internet was not great so if you need to work, something to consider. Overall the place is good and located in a good walkable area.

I traveled from Buffalo in very crazy weather to attend the Jhene Aiko concert with my daughter . I was on edge the whole time not knowing if I was going to make it. Jake was responsive , supportive , helpful and my stay was fantastic !!!!!! Easy entry , comfy clean , beautiful house ! He wished me safe travels and was as flexible with me as he possibly could be ! 10/10 if I come back to PA I WILL be coming back !!!!!!! Thanks so much for your support Jake ! Super clean and the check in process was a breeze with the keypad. Parking was right across the street from the unit and neighborhood was peaceful. The french door fridge had a brita filter water pitcher as well. Beautiful place to watch the sunset as there are a few chairs right outside the door. Bathroom and squeaky clean and the walk in shower felt amazing. Highly recommend! 😄

Great location, walkable to wholefoods. Easy to find, assigned parking and easy access to locations around the city. The host was very responsive and communicated perfectly, they were also able to approve a late check out. Next time I'm in the city I will definitely reserve again. A+++

Sumptuous and decadent might be adjectives to describe good chocolate but the decor, attention to detail, and comfortability of Jake's place also deserve to be described as such. The place was immaculately clean and situated in a wonderful part of town close to many amenities. The workspace was so useful and each piece of furniture, whether sofa, desk, or bed, were exceptionally comfortable. I usually stay with friends when I'm in town but next time, I might have to ditch them and stay here again!

This is a 5 star apartment with a 5 star management team with a 1 star upstairs neighbor. The 4 star overall rating simply to caution future renters that, unfortunately, the apartment upstairs had an unattended dog that barked loudly and incessantly from ~10pm to 3am both nights we stayed making it impossible to get any sleep. The manager of our apartment was very responsive but had no ability to change the behavior of that upstairs neighbor. I filed police reports both nights and provided those to the management in the hopes the problem would be resolved for any future renters of this apartment. I expect the situation will change but unfortunately our stay was very challenging and getting sleep was impossible.

The place was great, accessible, near several places like grocery stores and restaurants. Jake was incredibly responsive and was great with communication. He was proactive and always willing to help. If we come back to Pittsburgh, Jake's place is #1 on our list!

We had a great stay! Jake provided super clear instructions to find the place/parking and we had no trouble getting into the unit. The unit was extremely clean and just what we needed for our two nights. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffee and dish ware and the bathroom and bedroom were perfect. The location was good - a few short blocks from Whole Foods and a few cute coffee shops and cocktail bars. We highly recommend it!
